Narrative:
Mosquito MM797: Took off for mission to Essen and Rurh. 12/11/1944
They were halfway down the runway when the port engine failed.
Pilot hauled back on the starboard throttle and eventually brought the mosquito to a stop on grass extension to the runway a few yards short of the fence
