Narrative:Whilst en-route from Bierset to La Roche on a medevac flight the helicopter suffered a tail rotor malfunction and it sustained substantial damage in the subsequent forced landing at 5 km West of La Roche-en-Ardenne. The accident happened in daylight (10:13 hours Local time).
