Narrative:At 1000Z, London FSS provided a weather briefing to the American pilot of N72141 for a flight from Hamilton to Buffalo (for a Customs check and to pick up three passengers) and from Buffalo, NY (U.S.A.) to Southern Pines Airport, NC (U.S.A.).Details are incomplete at this time, however, it is understood that the aircraft has been involved in a fatal accident in the vicinity of Elkins, WV (U.S.A.)Four (4) S.O.B. -- all reported fatally injured. Two (2) of the three (3) passengers reportedly were Canadian citizens.
