Narrative:
Ex D-1294, it was imported for Guinea Airways on 20 March 1928, and re-registered G-AUGZ. Named "Junkers No.1". Re-registered as VH-UGZ to same owner 28 March 1929. Damaged beyond repair 6 March 1930 On final approach to Wau, Bulolo, Morobe Province, New Guinea. Pilot injured and aircraft destroyed. It appears that pilot continued his approach at low speed to Wau, aircraft stalled and crashed.
