Narrative:
Written off (destroyed) 29 November 1992 when the aircraft reportedly crashed into the Gulf of Corcovado, 'immediately after take-off' from Chaiten, Palena Province, Región de Los Lagos, on domestic non-scheduled passenger a flight to El Tepual International Airport, Puerto Montt. (Both locations in Chile). All eight persons on board (pilot and seven passengers) were killed.
