Miles M.57 Aerovan 4 G-AILF: First registered (C of R R1539/1; C of A 8579) on 14-10-1946 to Miles Aircraft Ltd., Woodley, Reading, Berkshire. Registration details amended at an unknown date to "Western West Main Packing Estates Ltd". Leased to Pickford's from October 1948 until 28/8/1950.
Written off (damaged beyond repair) 20-8-1950 when damaged in an accident at Guernsey Airport, Saint Peter-La Villiaze, Guernsey, Channel Islands. On touchdown, the twin engine aircraft went out of control and came to rest upside down. Both pilots were injured and the aircraft was written off.
