Narrative:
On April 26, 2000, about 16:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) a Robinson R-44, a helicopter, registration LY-HBH, was destroyed when it impacted the ground about 6 miles north-west of Cesis, Latvia. The pilot and three passengers were not injured.
