THE AIRCRAFT DEEPARTED RUNWAY 33L AND CLIMBED TO ABOUT 500 FEET AGL WITH THE LANDING GEAR DOWN. NEAR THE DEPARTURE END OF RUNWAY 33L THE AIRCRAFT BANKED RIGHT AND SPIRALED TO THE GROUND AND CRASHED. CAUSE:
