Narrative:DURING A NIGHT CROSS COUNTRY FLIGHT, THE AIRPLANE COLLIDED WITH TRANSMISSION WIRES THAT WERE STRUNG ACROSS A WIDE RIVER. CAUSE: POOR INFLIGHT PLANNING/DECISION. FACTORS TO THE ACCIDENT WERE BRIGHT NIGHT CONDITIONS AND CLEARANCE NOT MAINTAINED.
