WITNESSES INDICATED THAT THE HOMEBUILT ENTERED A SPIN WHILE PERFORMING AEROBATIC MANEUVERS. PILOT AT CONTROLS PRESUMED. CAUSE: THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND'S IMPROPER USE OF THE FLIGHT CONTROLS WHILE PERFORMING ACROBATIC MANEUVERS.
