Narrative:AFTER MAKING A LOW PASS OVER HIS PAX HOME, THE PLT PULLED THE ACFT UP ABRUPTLY AND STALLED AT A VERY LOW ALTITUDE. THE ALT WAS TOO LOW FOR THE PLT TO EFFECT A SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY BEFORE GROUND IMPACT. CAUSE:
