Narrative:THE GYROCOPTER WAS OBSERVED OSCILLATING IN FLIGHT PRIOR TO DESCENDING TO GROUND IMPACT. INVESTIGATION REVEALED INFLIGHT CONTACT BETWEEN THE MAIN ROTOR AND VERTICAL FIN/PUSHER PROPELLER HAD TAKEN PLACE. NO MECHANICAL FAILURE WAS FOUND WHICH WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN THE CONTACT. CAUSE:
