Narrative:A WITNESS REPORTED HEARING THE SOUND OF AN IMPACT, TURNED, AND SAW SOMETHING SLIDE INTO THE WATER. THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT RECOVERED DUE TO STRONG OCEAN CURRENTS IN THE VICINITY OF THE IMPACT SITE. CAUSE: INFLIGHT COLLISION WITH TERRAIN FOR UNDETERMINED REASONS.
