Narrative:
Ex-USAF 78-0154, built by SABCA and delivered 31 October 1981. Written off 23 March 1999: Around 21:20 the aircraft crashed near Hamois, a Walloon municipality and village located in the Belgian province of Namur, at approximate Coordinates: 50°20′N 05°08′E

The pilot (Kapt. Fréderique Désirotte) did not attempt to eject and was killed. The aircraft crashed at an angle of 30 degrees and a speed of 1,000km/hr into the ground. The impact into the ground was so hard that the engine was recovered buried 15 meters under the surface.
