Narrative:Substantially damaged 18-05-1981 when crashed during Air Taxi operations, near Evanston, Wyoming: Air leak at loose B-nut on hose assembly to governor accumulator, (part number 6886430). Aircraft rolled over during forced landing. Wind gusting to 15 knots.D/a approximately 8500 feet. Of the four persons on board (pilot and three passengers) one of the passengers was killed; the pilot and one passenger sustained serious injuries. The fourth person (a passenger) was uninjured.
