Per NTSB report 'overshot, hard landing, PILOT IN COMMAND - IMPROPER IN-FLIGHT DECISIONS OR PLANNING - OPERATED CARELESSLY, SELECTED WRONG RUNWAY RELATIVE TO EXISTING WIND'
