Narrative:Feindflug - operational sortie. On this night, RAF Bomber Command raided Duisburg in Germany.
Oberfeldwebel Gerhard Herzog and his Bordfunker (radio operator) abandoned their Messerschmitt following an aerial combat with an RAF bomber and landed unscathed. The aircraft was destroyed.
