Ex-USAF 93-4087, built by Samsung and delivered under FMS Program Peace Bridge II. Written off 26 February 2002 when a fire broke out after take off from Seosan Air Base, near Seosan city in South Chungcheong Province, South Korea. Pilot, Captain Roon, ejected safely. The aircraft came down in a rice paddy. The crash was caused by material defects in the engine blades.
