Narrative:
Percival Provost T.Mk.1 XF598: Delivered 31/1/1955. Operational service career was as "R-G" with 3 FTS RAF Feltwell, Thetford, and 6 FTS RAF Ternhill, Shropshire

Written off (damaged beyond repair) 17/6/1957: Overran the runway at RAF Ternhill, Shropshire, after the engine cut in the circuit during a down wind landing. Aircraft overshot, and Deemed "damaged beyond economic repair". Not repaired. Instead, Struck off charge as Cat.5(G/I). To Ground Instructional Airframe as 7466M 8/8/57 at Ternhill. However, use as such cancelled 20/8/57 and aircraft scrapped at Ternhill
