Narrative:
The owner of the plane demonstrated aircraft in flight to buyer, prior to agreement conclusion.The plane crashed into a marsh.

The cause of the accident was a drag, when trying to start the engine in flight, which led to the plane entering a spin at a height that prevented it from being successfully escaped.
