First registered 2-9-81 to Nigel Hugh Lemon, Hertford. Sold on 5-9-94 and re-registered to David James Laughlin, Ballymena. Written off (damaged beyond repair) when suffered engine failure and forced landed in the Foyle Estuary, off Londonderry, County Derry, 22-9-94.
Damage sustained to airframe: Per the AAIB report "damaged beyond economic repair". As a result, the registration G-BJIB was cancelled by the CAA as aircraft "destroyed" 2 months later, on 22-11-94.
