Narrative:On November 21, 2004, a ACP flight instructor (rear) accompanied by one passenger (front) filed a VFR flight plan for a training local flight at Cascais aerodrome (LPCS). During the training, the pilot performed several touch-and-go landings. During a take off on runway 35, the pilot lost directional control, the aircraft ran off the left side of the runway, rolled onto back and ended up in a riverside inside the aerodrome field. The airplane received substantial damage: propeller, wings, struts and vertical fin. The occupants sustained no injuries.
Registration G-OACP belatedly cancelled by the CAA on 22/3/2011
