Narrative:
de Havilland DH.82A Tiger Moth 86102; Taken on charge as EM908 at 10 MU Hullavington 14.7.43. To 602 Squadron, Newchurch 10.8.43; moved with squadron to RAF Detling, Kent 10.43; RAF Skeabrae 1.44; back to RAF Detling 3.44; then to RAF Ford, Arundel, Sussex 4.44. To 309 FO [?] 20.6.44. To 14 EFTS RAF Elmdon, Birmingham 7.4.45. To 8 MU RAF Little Rissington, Gloucestershire 28.1.46. To 15 RFS (Reserve Flying School) RAF Redhill, Surrey 16.8.48 coded “RCD-H” later “16”. To 9 MU RAF Cosford, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire 12.8.52 for long-term storage pending disposal.

Struck off charge when sold 7.10.53 to Association of British Aero Clubs. UK civil registered as G-ANEC (C of R R4125/1) on 24.9.53 to Short Bros & Harland Ltd, Rochester, Kent. C of A A4125 issued 29.4.57. Operated by Rochester & Ulster Flying Clubs Ltd, initially at Rochester, Kent; later moved to Newtownards Airport, Newtownards, County Down, Northern Ireland.

Badly damaged when overturned on take-off from 400 yard field on a spraying detail at Letterkenny, Co.Donegal 21.6.60. Registration G-ANEC cancelled/lapsed 1.1.61 and re-registered (C of R 4125/2) on 28.2.61 to Rochester & Ulster Flying Clubs Ltd, Newtownards, but not repaired. Returned to Rochester, Kent after the above accident and disposed of 6.62. Registration G-ANEC cancelled 10.2.64 as 'destroyed'.
