Narrative:ATSB REPORT:" DURING LANDING FLARE,THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A WIND GUST AND THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A GO-AROUND. THE RIGHT WING STRUCK THE GROUND,DAMAGING IT,THE LANDING GEAR,PROPELLOR AND FUSELAGE".
