Hit a bridge & crashed near a major highway on approach 2,5 km from Kyiv-Zhulhyany, Ukraine (IEV).
CONCLUSION:
The crash - a collision of a serviceable aircraft Beech C90A, D-IBHN with an obstacle, and subsequently with the earth's surface near the Zhulyany airport occurred due tio a combination of the following factors:
• an attempt by the aircraft commander to land in meteorological conditions below the published minima;
• in the course of the landing approach in difficult meteorological conditions at high speeds, the commander made significant deviations, both in the horizontal and vertical planes, along the course and glide path;
• the assumption of a premature descent with a high vertical speed in the area of the DPRM (NDB), which subsequently led to a collision of the aircraft with obstacles and the earth's surface
