Narrative:
Written off Oct 17, 1989 at Neustadt an der Aisch (Bayern), Germany with C Troop/2-6th Cav. Was attempting to avoid low power lines and made hard contact with the ground, suffering irrepairable damage. Both crew killed. Aircraft returned to Hood AAF Nov 1987 where it stayed in parts depot enclosure. Scavenged for spare parts.

Crew fatalities later named as CW3 Lester G. Baggett Jr [Pilot] and 1st Lt John D. Murphy [Pilot]
