Narrative:The floatplane "Tapajos" collided with the German ship "Westphalen" during landing in the Guanabara Bay and sunk. Pilot Sylvio Canizares Veiga and mechanic Mário Rubim drowned. The aircraft was salvaged and rebuilt.
