Crash landed with fuel exhaustion ½ mile south of Trinity, TX 24 April 1945. 315th Composite Group, Fifth Air Force, Itazuke AB, Fukuoka, Japan. Damaged landing at Dragon Field, Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan 28 February 1948. Accident at Yokota AB, Tokyo, Japan 30 November 50. To 6148th Tactical Control Squadron, 6147th Tactical Control Group, Fifth Air Force, Pyongyang AB (K-23), North Korea.
Written off (destroyed) when Hit by flak, crash landed in Cobalt Area 30 November 1950
