Narrative:
Crashed into Atlantic Ocean after double engine failure. Pilot Lt Rod Skidmore (39) and Lt Jenny Lewis (25) died. A third occupant, PO Photographer Paul Hanson, was rescued. Wreckage salvaged from a depth of 4000m.
