Descripción:
The no. 1 engine failed at 600 feet after takeoff and a return was made to the airport. Meanwhile the pilot tried to restart the engine. As the no. 2 engine failed as well, an emergency landing was carried out. The aircraft struck a telephone pole and came to rest on a railroad track.

Probable Cause:

PROBABLE CAUSE: "The Board determines that the probable cause of this accident was the complete loss of power in both engines due to fuel starvation necessitating an emergency landing in an unfavorable area. The cause for fuel starvation of the engines has not been determined."
