Narrative:Written off (destroyed) September 30 1975 when crashed near Beloit, Kansas: aircraft crashed 500 nautical miles beyond planned destination of San Angelo, Texas. Aircraft was operating on a ferry/positioning flight Monterrey (Mexico)-Laredo-San Angelo. The pilot (the sole person on board) was killed. Probable cause of crashed was pilot error and pilot incapacitation due to alcohol: the NTSB report notes that the pilots "Blood alcohol level 195 mg %". Hypoxia (oxygen starvation) may have also afflicted the pilot. Aircraft caught fire after impact, and was burnt out.
