Written off (damaged beyond repair) 17.1.23: Aircraft was operating a cargo/mail flight when it crashed into trees on a mountain slope while flying in a snowstorm near Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The pilot Victor Gay was killed. Registration cancelled February 1923.

NOTE: Some published sources have the accident "the other way around" - that is, the aircraft was flying from Barcelona to Alicante, and crashed near Alicante
