Narrative:Written off (destroyed) February 21, 1967 when crashed on final approach to Stallings Field, 3 miles north west of Kinston, Lenoir County, North Carolina (at approximate Coordinates 35°19′53″N 77°36′32″W), According to the following excerpt from the official NTSB report into the accident:
