PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S MISMANAGEMENT OF THE FUEL SUPPLY WHICH LED TO AN ENGINE POWER LOSS DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION AND SUBSEQUENT COLLISION WITH THE GROUND BY ALLOWING THE AIRCRAFT TO STALL.
