PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO PROPERLY PREFLIGHT AND PLAN WHICH RESULTED IN A COLLISION WITH TREES. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A TAKEOFF WITH AN OVER GROSS WEIGHT CONDITION.
