PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT'S MISJUDGEMENT OF ALTITUDE AND DISTANCE TO THE RUNWAY, WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH TO LAND. THE SUNGLARE WAS A RELATED FACTOR.
