PROBABLE CAUSE:AN INADVERTENT GEAR-UP LANDING BY THE PILOT. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE PILOT'S ACCEPTANCE OF A VISUAL GEAR-UP WARNING AS NORMAL SINCE IT IS ON ALL THE TIME.
