PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PARTIAL POWER LOSS DURING A CRITICAL PHASE OF FLIGHT. A FACTOR WAS THE LACK OF SUITABLE TERRAIN ONTO WHICH A SUCCESSFUL FORCED LANDING COULD HAVE BEEN EXECUTED.
