Narrative:Written off (destroyed) May 27 1968 when stalled during initial climb out from P W Johnson Memorial Airport, 2 nautical miles north of New Martinsville, Wetzel County, West Virginia (FAA LID: 75D, at approximate Coordinates: 39°41′02″N 80°51′44″W): pilot made a short field take off from wet grass runway at night. Per the official NTSB report into the accident: "PROBABLE CAUSE(S) - PILOT IN COMMAND - FAILED TO OBTAIN/MAINTAIN FLYING SPEED"
The pilot (the sole person on board) was killed
