Narrative:Written off (destroyed) 8 October 1977 when crashed due to engine failure on climb out from Pearson Field, one mile south west of Vancouver, Clark County, Washington.
The Propeller on the affected engine was slow to feather, no air charge. Pilot unable to maintain directional control or maintain a safe flying speed. Aircraft then stalled and spun into the ground, killing all three people (the 52-year-old pilot and two passengers) on board.
