Written off (destroyed) February 23, 1979 when crashed on landing at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Linthicum, in northern unincorporated Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Aircraft hit wires during approach to Martin State Airport (MTN/KMTN) nine miles east of Baltimore, Maryland; diverted to Baltimore/Washington International Airport, trailing 1,500 feet of wire.

Aircraft caught fire after impact, and three of the four persons on board (crew of two plus two passengers) were killed. Only one passenger survived, although seriously injured.

Registration N6123A belatedly cancelled by the FAA on January 21, 1989 - almost ten years after the accident
