A Murphy Renegade Spirit ultralight crashed approximately 1 kilometre south of Big Hill Springs Road on Panorama Road, north of Calgary, Alberta.
The aircraft flipped before it came to a stop on its roof.
Both occupants received light to moderate injuries.
