Jaguar A (serial A111) Crashed 23 Aug 1978 following a mid-air collison with another Jaguar 400km from N'djamena, Chad. Aircraft came down at approx Coordinates: 12°10′58″N, 18°41′05″E. Pilot (Lt. J. Francois) ejected safely

NOTE: As only one Jaguar A is reported as lost/written off on this date, it is presumed that the other aircraft involved in the collision (Jaguar A, serial no. A97) made a safe emergency landing at Mongo Airport, Chad (MVO/FTTM)
