Narrative:Reportedly crashed while trying to return to the airport shortly after takeoff.
CAUSES
This Directorate for the Prevention and Investigation of Accidents, taking into account the characteristics of the accident and the evidence gathered in the course of the investigation, considers the Human Factor to be the cause of this accident, and the following causes can be clearly demonstrated:
The pilot of the aircraft had very little knowledge about this runway or the area.
The runway in use was not authorized by the Aeronautical Authority.
