Narrative:
Loosening of the retaining bolts on the No10 engine bearing resulted in failure of the free power turbine (FPT) drive arm and FPT overspeed / uncontained failure. Fire in the rear of the helicopter due to fuel leak from damage. Emergency landing in a field (Friedlandstrasse, Maschweg). The helicopter burned out.
