Fabricado por la empresa Bell Helicopters, matricula inicial NC193B. Licencia cancelada para ser exportado a la República Argentina. El 22 de junio del año 1948 choco poco después de despegar para realizar un vuelo de demostración contra el similar LV-AGT, se estrellaron y tuvieron principio de incendió. Ambos pilotos del LV-AEI y LV-AGT resultaron heridos. Helicóptero reparado. Operado por la empresa Empresa TAYR S.A (Trabajos Aéreos y Representaciones S.A.) el 20 de septiembre del año 1948. Rentado al Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires el 13 de noviembre del año 1948. Accidentado el 4 de diciembre del año 1952. Reparado. Incidente el 5 de noviembre del año 1955. Adquirido por Whitehead, Donald Earle el 26 de noviembre del año 1956. Accidentado Rafael Obligado, Buenos Aires el 12 de octubre del año 1959 con tres tripulantes 3 heridos.
