Narrative:
A Cessna 150J, N60676, impacted trees and terrain in a wooded area near Denmark, Wisconsin. The aircraft was substantially damaged and the airline transport rated pilot on board the aircraft was seriously injured. The aircraft was reportedly maneuvering at about 500 ft (150m) above the ground just prior to the accident.
