28/07/1942 Anson Mk.I N5022 of 21 OTU was destroyed by enemy action (air raid) whilst parked in the hangar at Moreton-in-Marsh, and the same raid severely damaged five more Ansons:- N4945, N5369, N9734, AX294 and AX295
