Narrative:
Smaller aircraft with the two crew members crashed during takeoff from Losinj Airport on Wednesday afternoon at 16:05 CET, probably because of engine problems. Both crew members of the damaged aircraft were unharmed.

3.2. CAUSE
It can be assumed with high probability that the accident occurred due to insufficient reaction of placing the aircraft in the correct position for take-off with crosswind (cancellation of the rolling and turning moment) in the initial climbing phase, which led to loss of speed and lift.
