Narrative:
A helicopter crashed into the Qingshanzui Reservoir in the city of Chuxiong in southwest China's Yunnan Province, possibly because of windshear at low altitude. Two occupants were rescued by a boat, while a third person on board did not escape from the fuselage and died.
